Day 38: More of the same...

We got about another half foot of snow last night. Of course you know what that means... on separate occasions throughout the night I had to escort our four-legged babies outside, clearing a new path each time to their "restroom" so they could do their business. 

I guess the one good thing about this is that the two little ones go in the same spot so clean up is a breeze.  Sophie, my free spirited girl, will run about the backyard through the snow until she's ready to go.  Mind you, all this time I'm standing by the back door at 2:30 in the morning, shorts, t-shirt and snow boots (yes, I'm quite the fashion whore), freezing my, you know, .... waiting for the big princess to do her thing.  Normally I wouldn't wait for her but because the back door doggy door freezes up periodically, I need to make sure she gets in ok.  Remember the previous story about Roscoe??

No more snow on the forecast but cold temps are rolling in.  That means the snow is here to stay for a while.  Not to worry.   No Negative Nate here.  I'm still liking it.  We'll be heading up to Breck this Friday for another hooky day of snow boarding.
